Notes:
1. Title does not pass until payment is received.
2. All prices quoted are subject to increase due to fluctuations in bullion costs.
3. All products are packaged in a luxury embossed box, including a guarantee
certificate.
4. Minimum order is £25.00.
5. Larger sizes may be subject to an additional surcharge.
6. All pendants are supplied on a standard 9ct red/yellow tight curb chain.
7. All verbal orders to be confirmed in writing.
8. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications.
9. credit and debit card payments are not taken until the goods are despatched.
10. All our postage costs are included in the prices quoted and are posted next day
exclusive delivery (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays), except export.
11. Any repairs must come back directly to Cymru-Y Metel. Your warranty will be
invalidated if repairs are undertaken by a third party.

UNDERSTANDING STONE SHAPES
Brilliant is cut in a form with numerous facets to give especial brilliancy. The shape resembles that of a cone and is meant to maximize light return through the top of the diamond.
Princess is cut in a square shape and the overall shape is similar to that of a pyramid to accentuate a diamond's fire. This cut is a relatively new diamond cut, having been created in the 1970s.
UNDERSTANDING OUR CODES
For example, PWR2/18W/P15pt:
PWR2 = Pure Welsh Ring Design 2
18W = 18 carat white gold
P15pt = Princess cut diamond - Size 15 point
With some rings, the final part of the code might change for ring widths:
4mm = Ring width
or for the selection of stone:
D, E, S, or R = Diamond, Emerald, Sapphire or Ruby
DIAMOND CERTIFICATION
All diamonds will come with an ‘AnchorCert’ certificate. ‘AnchorCert’ is an independent gemstone laboratory whose grading and testing examinations ascertains the characteristics of a diamond and above all, verifies if it is natural. ‘AnchorCert’ Certification provides a safeguard and reassurance of the authenticity and quality of the stone.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept all major debit and credit cards except American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule Our jewellery is handmade to order. We will normally send your order to you in 15 business days. International orders are subject to your local delivery and postal services.
Your debit or credit card will not be charged until goods are ready for despatch.
You must inform us within seven days of our advice of shipping if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
